A remote collaborative project with Taylor Long. This piece attempts to situate ourselves in our own homes and to find points of connection despite isolation. We began by taking environmental recordings of our respective homes and then making sounds in these same spaces. In layering, embedding, and entangling them, gradations of inside and outside space - and of our different spaces - are threaded, gradually opening and perhaps suggesting a point of audible connection even beyond the immediately audible.
